I am currently a first year graduate student at Indiana University-Bloomington. I love education but more for the improving oneself and one’s life than just learning to know things–but thats okay too. I love people and want everyone to succeed or at least have the choice and opportunity of doing so.
I’m a very future-oriented person and so I sometimes forget to enjoy today. But I’m working on that.
I have big dreams and wish to change the world someday. I’m a dreamer and a bit of a romantic.
I love my family and friends more than they will ever know and wish I could spend more time with them.
I’m convinced God is humored by the fact that I’m lactose sensitive and a huge dairy lover.
I am obsessed with calendars, planners, schedules and post-its.
I love heels and dresses. I believe in the power of a good pair of heels and skinny jeans.
I spend way too much money and shopping/spending money is a coping mechanism. My favorite pass time is dancing and singing in my underwear.
My day is not complete without a good cup of coffee.
I sometimes tend to be a little competitive and controlling.
I love to laugh. If you can make me laugh you’re a keeper. I probably laugh at myself more than anything else. I value education and the chance to educate myself.
I believe everyone has a right to an education and a good one at that. I believe that everyone should have the opportunity to reach their goals and dreams. I like to believe that human beings are good. I love learning about people and talking about life. I enjoy long meaningful conversations. I hate small talk. I really enjoy people. I love spending time with people who inspire me to be better than I’ve ever imagined I could be. I have a desire to touch people and make a difference in their lives. I believe that people can make a big impact on those around them and so I want to make sure that my impact on the world is a positive one. I admire people who fight for the underdog and who will stand up and fight for something even when no one else will just because its the right thing to do.
I like finding ways to challenge myself and continuing to grow into a better human being.
I wear my heart on my sleeve and wouldn’t have it any other way.
